ReplyDeleteOkay, now that I've thought about it (and looked at novelties for a bit), my serious guess is the balls from ball and chain wedding shower favors. Detach the chain, slit them with a hot knife, pinch sides to open the cut, et voila! Little black tulips!

ReplyDeleteIt looks like fimo to me or a rubber ball gasket cut open. Oh, how about those old pop beads that kids used to make necklaces from? Though I never saw them in black. Great guessing game. Love the pendant mostest.
